Responsabilità:
  • Agire come Esperto di Riferimento per la suite di prodotti ALIS.
  • Essere il principale punto di contatto per il cliente riguardo a questioni tecniche.
  • Supportare, amministrare e monitorare l'hardware/software associato.
  • Formare gli Amministratori e gli utenti ItAF/ALIS sulla suite di sistemi ALIS, se necessario.
  • Gestire l'inventario dell'hardware.
  • Monitorare la configurazione della sicurezza del sistema.
  • Interagire quotidianamente con gli utenti e la leadership di ALIS/LM.
Requisiti:
  • Possesso di un'autorizzazione di sicurezza di livello Segreto o superiore.
  • Capacità di ottenere e mantenere la certificazione DoD IAT di livello II.
  • Esperienza nella gestione delle patch di sicurezza e nei controlli di sicurezza.
  • Buone capacità comunicative e di leadership.
