Job Summary:

The Client Services Representative will be responsible for assisting with client onboarding, front office support, and account services for both bank and investment accounts. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, collecting documentation, and supporting the Sales Team.
  • Prepare new account documentation for bank and investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Open new accounts, CDs, loans, and cross-sell bank services, credit cards, and check orders.
  • Coordinate KYC/AML processes and procedures, exercising judgment regarding proper handling of customer requests.
  • Adhere to Bank's Anti Money Laundering Procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Interact with clients to research and resolve account inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, exercise initiative in researching, analyzing, and resolving problems.
  • Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Requirements:
  • AA Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong knowledge of Database software, internet software, and Microsoft Office.
