The Clinical Supervisor at Piedmont Medical Center is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the assigned department. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to promote a positive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic goals for the department
- Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe work environment
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and safe work environment
- Provide clinical and professional guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve patient care and safety
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- CPR and ACLS certification required upon hire
- BSN preferred or actively in pursuit of degree with designated graduation date
- Minimum 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability
