The Clinical Supervisor RN is a designated leader responsible for the safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. In collaboration with the Director, this role ensures the continuous safe operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care
- Promotion of a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors
- Maintenance of clinical and professional competency
- Service Excellence behavior promotion
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Nursing required
- 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required
