Job Title: Claims Coordinator

As a Claims Coordinator, you will be the hub of all claims, responsible for communicating with customers, managing data entry, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. You will work closely with the OPS team to ensure that all required documentation and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system
  • Review and ensure compliance with company guidelines and cycle times
  • Monitor and update jobs in the required operating system to ensure efficient flow through the claims process
  • Upload photos and documents in real-time and follow up with customers for missing information
  • Create and review job estimates to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Manage customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolution
  • Understand and adhere to company cycle times and SLAs
  • Communicate with customers and adjusters daily to ensure timely resolution of claims
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or applicable experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications preferred but not required
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3 years of Xactimate experience required, with proficiency in Xactimate 28
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage confidential information
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include sitting for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, and performing repetitive motions. The work environment is a standard office setting with occasional travel.
