Your Growth Path:

Engage in diagnosing and analyzing intricate vehicle issues while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to devise solutions.

  • Capable of diagnosing, inspecting, and rectifying any and all product and equipment issues in pre-production, series, and trial vehicles.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle component interactions and proficiency in utilizing electronic diagnostic tools.
  • Support engineers in troubleshooting electronic, interior, exterior, and mechanical systems.
  • Utilize and maintain standard and specialized tools, basic workshop equipment, and conventional workshop machinery.
  • Proficient in using a workshop management system (CAT) to document analysis outcomes, repairs, and other relevant information.
  • Develop and implement solutions for product enhancements and service repair documentation.
  • Commit to on-the-job training and personal development to adapt to evolving technologies and increasingly sophisticated repair methodologies.
  • Prepare investigation reports and problem-solving documentation using standard PC-based applications.
  • Complete work assignments within standard published labor operation times.

Your Contribution to Our Success:

  • Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology.
  • Over 5 years of experience in service, repair, after-sales, or dealership work, particularly in the Electrics and Electronics domain within the automotive sector.
  • Current or previously obtained ASE Certification or equivalent in electric and electronic systems, engine repair, interior, automatic transmission/transaxle, suspension and steering, brakes, HVAC, and engine performance or comparable technical and electrical experience.
  • Certification for working on hybrid or electric vehicles.
  • Ability to interpret wiring schematics for effective problem-solving.
