We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Superintendent to lead our plant operations to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Support, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of salaried and hourly employees to achieve their best.
  • Drive Productivity: Develop and execute innovative productivity plans by collaborating with departmental leaders to meet and exceed production goals.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside support teams in Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Safety First: Play a key role in ensuring a safe and secure work environment by monitoring daily operations and implementing safety improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency.
  • Be a Change Agent: Analyze data and identify opportunities for optimizing facility processes and driving corrective actions.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a vital link between senior leadership and employees, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing teams of 2+ salaried employees and 40+ indirect employees.
  • A minimum of 7 years in industrial/manufacturing experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and rotating shifts.
  • Ability to work at heights over 50 feet and lift 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; community college or bachelor's degree preferred.
