Job Title: Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborns and their families in our Level-III NICU at Odessa Regional Medical Center (ORMC) in Odessa, Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to newborns in the NICU
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in rounds and conferences to discuss patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in neonatology
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Neonatology
  • Experience working in a Level-III NICU
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
