Job Title: Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborns and their families in our Level-III NICU at Odessa Regional Medical Center.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to newborns and their families in the NICU
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Neonatology
  • Experience working in a Level-III NICU
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
