- Oversee employee scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal work schedules.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths, ensuring employee growth and development.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a high level of visual appeal and customer engagement.
- Utilize, lead, and deliver visual brand standards to present unique product mix offerings, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Serve as a liaison to the local community, building relationships and driving business growth through community engagement.
- 7+ years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, with a strong focus on customer experience and sales growth.
- 2+ years of cannabis-related retail experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
- College degree preferred, with a strong focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass all required background checks, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Proven successful experience as a retail leader, with a strong focus on customer experience and sales growth.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
