  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both patients and employees, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide education for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.
  • Oversee employee scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal work schedules.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths, ensuring employee growth and development.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a high level of visual appeal and customer engagement.
  • Utilize, lead, and deliver visual brand standards to present unique product mix offerings, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Serve as a liaison to the local community, building relationships and driving business growth through community engagement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, with a strong focus on customer experience and sales growth.
  • 2+ years of cannabis-related retail experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • College degree preferred, with a strong focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must pass all required background checks, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Proven successful experience as a retail leader, with a strong focus on customer experience and sales growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Accountability for self and others, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Balanced and intuitive decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
