MDS Coordinator RN Position

We are seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator RN to join our team at PACS Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing facilities and be proficient in Minimum Data Sets (MDS's).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform accurate and timely completion of MDS's as required by regulation and facility practices.
  • Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.
  • Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.
  • Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License
  • Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0
