Job Title: CADD/REVIT Technician

Remington & Vernick Engineers is seeking a skilled CADD/REVIT Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the preparation of AutoCAD design drawings and REVIT models for municipal, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering design staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D REVIT models for building construction documentation.
  • Work with manager and design staff to generate plans, sections, and details based on design discussions.
  • Manage drawing sets and assist with development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements.
  • Update and correct drawings of structural, water, wastewater, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two-year technical or associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience preparing AutoCAD design drawings and REVIT models.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
