Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques to drive sales growth
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects as needed
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to stand and walk for the majority of their work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
