Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interacts with clients via various communication channels to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fields client questions and complaints, escalating issues to assigned specialists or other appropriate staff when necessary.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients' problems and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve client grievances in a professional and courteous manner.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software and technology.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is essential, with a proven track record of providing excellent client service.
