Job SummaryWe're seeking a visionary Executive Director to oversee our Hollywood Beach locations and lead our team to greatness. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving enrollment and profitability outcomes, building a stellar team, and ensuring the success of our campuses.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Leadership: Oversee the success of our campuses, working closely with a small team of passionate leaders and guides to meet high programmatic standards and achieve holistic success.
- Enrollment and Profitability: Drive enrollment and profitability outcomes by analyzing data, interpreting results, and making informed decisions to achieve our mission.
- Team Building and Development: Lead and build a stellar team by developing talent, motivating teams, and creating a positive work environment.
- Crisis Management: Lean in when and where your team needs you, providing support during challenging staff situations, navigating relationships with parents, and handling health and safety incidents on campus.
- Supervisory Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience, ideally with multi-location management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of developing talent, motivating teams, and driving results.
- Communication and Writing Skills: Distinctive communication and writing skills, including attention to detail, ability to write persuasively, and communicate with empathy.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess situations, gather facts, and evaluate data.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
