Position Overview

The SLS brand is renowned for its exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated Room Service Specialist to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at SLS South Beach.

Role Objective: Ensure guest rooms and related areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, providing outstanding personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Document serviced rooms and communicate any maintenance issues
  • Manage cleaning equipment and respond to guest requests
  • Properly dispose of waste and manage linen
  • Address guest complaints and ensure follow-up
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols
Additional Duties:
  • Foster effective communication within the team
  • Maintain composure and readiness during emergencies
  • Ensure adherence to operational guidelines
Supportive Activities:
  • Participate in team meetings and community initiatives
  • Keep workspaces organized and tidy

Safety Considerations:
