Position Overview:

The Full-Time Clerk plays a crucial role in managing warehouse system activities to ensure precise tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, including finished products and raw materials. This position is essential for optimizing the flow of goods, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining effective dock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize warehouse systems to manage the movement of goods and inventory for inbound and outbound shipments, including Stock Transport Orders and Purchase Orders.
  • Review and adjust warehouse system reports to support scheduling, dock management, and product availability.
  • Collaborate with warehouse management and other departments to enhance efficiency and accuracy in load management.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports, ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, assisting with additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck Certification within the first month of employment.
