Warehouse Supervisor Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is a critical position at FIDELITONE, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise inbound and outbound shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize effective communication and coaching techniques to motivate and develop warehouse staff.
  • Identify and develop employees' skills through coaching and counseling to improve job performance.
  • Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Work within budget guidelines and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Interview and hire new warehouse staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Ensure accurate shipment of orders and hazardous material orders.
  • Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills to motivate and develop warehouse staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate and supervise warehouse operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
  • Understanding of vendor shipments process and logistics.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL is preferred.
  • Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
