Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident/patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Manage medications and treatments, including calculating drug dosages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident/patient care

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
