Carter's/OshKosh B'gosh is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Intern to join our team for the summer. As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the consolidation of financial and strategic planning processes
  • Support corporate-level reporting and analysis, including EPS reconciliation, historical P&L, guidance model, inventory, inflation, and high-level operating income reconciliations
  • Provide analysis to business leaders in support of projects, new business investments, and other profit or cost reduction opportunities
  • Prepare consolidated materials and create executive reporting packages for key meetings and forecast cycles
  • Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis as needed
Requirements:
  • Working towards completion of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • Overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Strong leadership ability, communication skills, and decision-making skills
  • Top-caliber critical thinking skills and a curious personality
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to solve complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative working style
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of business concepts and strategy
  • Intern or co-op experience
  • Highly organized and proven ability to multitask
