Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration from Dell Isilon to Pure Flash Array File, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to optimize the new environment and enhance ease of use.
  • Advise customer staff on technical direction and offer recommendations for best practices.
  • Support daily operations, provisioning, and management strategies in the new environment.
  • Conduct configuration reviews and evaluate new features with customer staff.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and skills development through informal training and assessments.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to ensure the success of large-scale expansion initiatives.
  • Guide the introduction and future integration of Pure FlashBlade technology.
  • Recommend Pure Education programs and resources as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Flash Array (File Storage) technology, with experience in multi-protocol environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale migrations and technology integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of storage management, optimization, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting knowledge transfer and guiding customer staff.
  • Familiarity with Pure FlashBlade and Dell Isilon technologies is a plus.
