Critical Care Nurse Specialist

Cynet Health is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a challenging and rewarding Critical Care role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, including 1 year in an ICU setting, and possess the necessary certifications, such as CPI Blue Card for Behavioral Health RNs and LCSWs.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $120-$180 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also enjoy benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced CICU environment with the possibility of floating within the med-surg cluster. You will be required to work every other weekend and 50% of holidays encountered during the contract. Floating is mandatory for all units, and you will be expected to serve as a Patient Observer Sitter in various areas.
You will be working with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and education opportunities to help you grow in your career.
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid MO or Compact licensure at the time of application and provide two references from a charge nurse or above. Locals are accepted at different rates and conditions.
