Position Overview:
- Rounding & Admissions: Flexible scheduling options available, including a 7 on/7 off rotation with a total of 17 shifts each month.
- Shifts: Daytime hours from 7 AM to 7 PM, with call responsibilities only if leaving early from rounding duties.
- Procedures: No involvement in procedures or code responses required.
- Support: Comprehensive subspecialty support is readily available.
- Patient Volume: Manage an average of 13 patients daily, consisting of 6 rounding and 6-7 admissions.
- Compensation: Competitive salary structure based on hours or shifts worked, with additional incentives including RVUs, a sign-on bonus exceeding $10,000, and a commencement bonus of over $10,000.
- Qualifications: Candidates must hold board certification.
