We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Physician to coordinate and conduct pre-transplant evaluations of patients. The ideal candidate will provide patients with group and individual health and behavior interventions throughout their transplant journey in both outpatient and inpatient medical settings.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the interdisciplinary transplant team, consisting of surgeons, medical providers, social workers, nutritionists, pharmacy staff, nurse coordinators, and transplant leadership staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct pre-transplant evaluations of patients
- Provide patients with group and individual health and behavior interventions
