Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work on a wide range of our equipment, including small engines, UTVs/ATVs, automotive, diesel, farm, and heavy machinery. This position offers flexible hours, making it suitable for someone looking to balance other commitments while providing essential maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles and equipment, encompassing small engines, UTVs/ATVs, automotive, diesel, farm, and heavy machinery utilized in our construction and agricultural operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance.
- Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mechanic, with expertise in small engines, UTVs/ATVs, automotive, diesel, farm, and heavy equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various hours as needed.
