Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of IT Infrastructure: Direct the configuration, upkeep, and enhancement of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it adheres to the highest standards of reliability and performance.
  • Leadership in Cybersecurity: Formulate and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard against external threats. Assess and improve firewall settings, monitor for vulnerabilities, and guarantee the security of all systems and data.
  • System Assessment and Enhancement: Perform detailed evaluations of current IT systems to pinpoint weaknesses, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance performance and minimize costs where feasible.
  • Integration of Technology: Spearhead the integration of IT systems at newly acquired sites. Analyze the existing technological landscape and manage the transition to align with the organization’s standards and practices.

  • Management of Hardware and Data: Ensure the effective operation and management of hardware architecture, including data management solutions.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure IT strategies are in line with business objectives. Offer technical expertise and support to non-technical stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on networking and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT operations across multiple locations, including system integration and evaluation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including firewall management and risk assessment.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware architecture and data management solutions.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess complex systems and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to assess and integrate new locations.
