Qualifications:

  • Valid HVAC technician license with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential service.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical components within HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basis every fourth week.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training to stay current with industry advancements.
  • Clean driving record.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus commission, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on your performance.
