Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented End of Line Technician to join our team at Pharmavite. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of your job duties while upholding our company's Operating Values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all functions related to operations area, including running and adjusting equipment, changeover, start-up, shutdown, material handling, and maintenance.
  • Learn and develop self to take on additional duties, expand capabilities, and enhance personal skills to become a broad contributor throughout the business unit.
  • Apply training to monitor equipment parameters and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process and quality specifications meeting Operational Excellence requirements.
  • Perform all required housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitation, and comply with all cGMP standards in completing necessary documentation practices and performing quality control checks.
  • Utilize, understand, and communicate production information to manage daily operations, and safely operate material handling equipment and other necessary tools.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience/knowledge.
  • Certifications: Must have or be able to complete PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) certification training.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience and successful completion of the Pharmavite Technician Program.

Annual Pay: $35,000 - $53,608.00. This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary, such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.

Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business.
