Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Designer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm system design, preferably with a focus on mission-critical facilities. If you have expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Notifier, VESDA, and NICET II or higher, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards. This includes developing and creating accurate design plans using Revit or Autodesk, including 3D diagrams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design fire alarm systems that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Create accurate design plans using Revit or Autodesk, including 3D diagrams.

  • Maintain high attention to detail throughout the design process.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Fire Alarm System Design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit or Autodesk for design and documentation (2 years of Revit experience required).
  • NICET Level II certification required (Level III is a plus).
  • Experience in mission-critical facilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of aspirating smoke detection (VESDA) and clean agent fire suppression systems is a plus.
