Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Architectural CAD Designer to join our team. This full-time position will involve managing multiple tasks, collaborating with a team to design options, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants. The successful candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and Revit, and be able to create interior and exterior renderings for marketing and presentations.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a team to design options
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants
- Prepare architectural design and construction drawings
- Coordinate documentation for approvals and permitting
- Residential and/or commercial design experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to create interior and exterior renderings for marketing and presentations
- Knowledge of building codes
- Experience with developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving skills
