About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client/project meetings to assess needs and design software systems, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes, project plans, and joint application development sessions.
  • Design and implement data integration and data warehouse solutions using REST API and MS SQL Server.
  • Analyze and resolve program support deficiencies, conducting testing to enhance performance.
  • Lead moderately complex projects or phases of significant projects, coordinating technical support staff efforts.
  • Develop and implement training tools and documentation, providing technical consultation to other organizations and clients.
  • Provide work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with SSIS, SSMS, SQL Server/SQL queries, and third-party software integration through various interface engines (ETL).
  • 3+ years of experience or education in software development or technology support with web applications (C#,.NET, Typescript, or Javascript).
  • 2+ years of experience or education with web application hosting in Microsoft IIS, web APIs, and troubleshooting API-based applications.
  • Proven experience mentoring and training team members, interfacing directly with clients, and spearheading projects to enhance services.
