Learning Strategy Director

The Role: As Associate Vice President, Learning Design, you'll lead a multi-level organization of 100 employees with four direct reports, reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Improvement. Your key responsibilities will include creating high-impact functional learning programs, developing tailored learning strategies, and leveraging data quality dashboards to identify improvement opportunities. You'll also evolve learning development ways of working to embrace team agility, put forward strategies to advance associate acumen, and offer a platform-based suite of contemporary learning techniques.
What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive experience (typically 10 years) in setting large-scale strategy for a learning agenda that aligns with larger organizational imperatives. You should possess an unmistakable customer orientation, broad business and operations experience, and a strong track record in building, developing, and leading a high-performing team. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred. In addition, you'll need prior experience working in a consumer-centric company leading the learning function or related function, knowledge of modern technology solutions, and excellent oral and written communications skills.
