Responsibilities:
    As a Real Estate Agent with Corcoran Icon Properties, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service
  • Conducting market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends
  • Scheduling and conducting property showings, open houses, and tours
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms
  • Preparing and presenting detailed property listings with photos and pricing
  • Collaborating with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals
