Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Care: Deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities, working closely with physicians and other staff to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer Treatments: Safely and effectively administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
  • Document Patient Histories: Accurately and thoroughly document patient histories and interventions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania State License: Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Graduation from Approved Nursing Program: Have graduated from an approved nursing program and possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • At Least 1 Year of Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
