About the Role

GOLFTEC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Golf Coach to join our team. As a Golf Coach, you will play a critical role in helping golfers of all ages and skill levels improve their game.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend GOLFTEC University, our comprehensive training program, to develop your skills and knowledge in golf instruction.
  • Use your expertise to recommend teaching and learning content, create custom lesson plans, and provide personalized coaching to students.
  • Recommend GOLFTEC services, such as TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing lessons, and short game lessons, to meet the needs of each student.
  • Document each lesson given and publish recaps to our online portal using GOLFTEC's proprietary TECSWING teaching software.
  • Maintain the GOLFTEC Training Center environment, equipment, and technology to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
  • Perform daily opening and closing functions, including preparing GOLFTEC teaching systems for use.
  • Participate in continuing education to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest golf instruction techniques.
  • Mobility is an essential function of this role, requiring physical capabilities to stand, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.
