About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Manufacturing and Quality IT organization. This is a critical role that will drive the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality medicines to patients around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical experts and manage a global workforce to deliver IT solutions that support manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects that support business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Develop and maintain IT governance models and practices to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in IT leadership, with a focus on manufacturing or quality operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.
  • Experience leading high-profile projects and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance models and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
