Job Title: Software DeveloperAbout the Role

Full Visibility LLC is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team in Quantico, VA. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing software solutions that meet specific requirements and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities.
  • Maintain and implement original software applications from high-level concepts provided by the Government client.
  • Develop software and applications of large and complex software and systems, and web-based query and reporting systems.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • At least five (5+) years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, Python, PowerShell, ASP.NET, SQL, XML, WSDL, and Angular.
  • Ability to design and author original software applications and programs from observation of desired outcomes, workflows, or from vague original concepts.
  • Ability to produce specifications and design documentation, such as process flow, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, physical architecture, system and web service interface specifications, data dictionary, and data models.
  • Experience creating project work estimates.
  • Able to implement solutions and identify operational or management issues.
  • Experience with systems design, policy development, database development and management, and user interface development.
  • Ability to maximize the use of COTS software.
  • Knowledge of Information Security Systems (ISS) and security standards of sensitive data.
  • Knowledge of the current FISMA Act of 2002.
  • Four-year degree program in software development, computer science, or related field; OR in lieu of education, 10 years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with deploying container-based solutions.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Microservices Architecture.
