Position Overview

This role requires a thorough understanding of the Homefirst Managed Long Term Care Plan (MLTCP), Elderplan Medicaid Advantage Plan (MAP), and Elderplan FIDA Total Care. The Enrollment Representative will conduct outreach calls to potential clients, clearly articulating the benefits and eligibility criteria, while efficiently scheduling RN visits for assessments and potential enrollment.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Responsible for accurately documenting updates and outcomes in Market Prominence, our enrollment tracking software, and collaborating closely with RNs and Marketing Representatives to ensure high productivity and quality data for management and reporting purposes.
  • Home Visits: May occasionally accompany RNs on home visits for translation assistance as needed.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience is required; experience in managed care or sales is advantageous.
  • Licensing: A valid Driver's License is necessary.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills are essential, along with strong telephone etiquette and comfort in engaging with the geriatric population.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, or another language may be required.
  • Core Competencies: The ability to learn, understand, and explain healthcare eligibility requirements is crucial. Candidates should be adept at conducting business over the phone, providing excellent customer service, and demonstrating compassion while managing high-volume demands and productivity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: This position operates in accordance with regulatory agency contract guidelines.
