**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Clayton, NC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**

* Evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow.
* Conduct thorough nursing assessments, provide treatment within scope of practice, and arrange for further medical treatment as needed.
* Collaborate with Physicians or Licensed Independent Practitioners to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Develop and implement effective health education plans, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.
* Administer medications and medical treatments competently, maintaining patient safety and well-being.

**Requirements:**

* Associate's degree or Certificate from an accredited Nursing School required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is essential.
* Basic Life Support certification is mandatory; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required based on contract scope of services.
* Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management is highly desirable.
