Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Host to join our team at Embassy Suites Knoxville/West, TN. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
  • Order or purchase food supplies as needed.
  • Prepare fresh fruit, coffee, and juices for our guests.
  • Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
  • Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
  • Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
  • One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is required.
  • Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Customer Service experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices is required.
