Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Host to join our team at Tru by Hilton Louisville/East, KY. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast bar to ensure a visually appealing and abundant presentation.
  • Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day and order or purchase as necessary.
  • Prepare fresh fruit, coffee, and juices for our guests.
  • Clear and clean tables as they are vacated and wipe up spills.
  • Restock self-service food and supplies as needed and wash serving equipment.
  • Provide excellent guest service and wear proper clothing based on company policy and brand standard.
Requirements
  • One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is required.
  • Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Customer Service experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices is necessary.
