Job Overview
This travel nursing position offers a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As an RN in this unit, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and track changes in patients' conditions, report findings to the doctor heading the treatment team, and perform minor bedside procedures such as IV catheterization. The estimated salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $160,000 per year, based on 48 hours per week and 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' physical and emotional conditions, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information accurately, communicating effectively with the healthcare team, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
