Job Title: Principal Architect

At Endava, we're seeking a seasoned Principal Architect to spearhead the design and development of our clients' digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for information systems, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Translate logical designs into physical implementations, considering environmental constraints, performance requirements, and existing system integration.
  • Act as a primary influencer among team members, clients, and suppliers, guiding resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
  • Champion robust collaboration among stakeholders across technological and non-technical domains, facilitating effective communication and alignment on project objectives and methodologies.
  • Advocate for best practices within software development and architectural design, upholding high standards in client interactions.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Enterprise Architecture experience, with a strong portfolio of designing complex information systems.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, TDD methodologies, and familiarity with development tools and IDEs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts with precision.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams across North America and the world, forming effective partnerships with client leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
