Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Winston Retail. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring that our retail displays are visually appealing and effectively promote brands within various store types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
  • Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
  • Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
  • Ability to download and install an app on your smartphone, and upload reports via the Winston app.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet for the entire shift.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with planograms, and visual directives is essential.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
