Job Summary:


We are seeking a part-time Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team at our Lawrence, KS location.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver instruction to students in a classroom setting, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Maintain a distraction-free classroom, ensuring students can focus on their studies.
  • Develop and implement effective instructional methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods to enhance student learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:


  • Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, although not required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in Massage Therapy, with a four-year degree being a plus.
  • Current license to practice Massage Therapy in the state of Kansas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general competency.
