Utility-Scale Solar Project Coordinator Opportunity

This role is integral to the successful delivery of our large-scale solar projects, partnering with Project Managers to assist them from inception through completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, finance, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of utility-scale solar projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, and make necessary adjustments to project plans as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy industry or EPC space.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to use Project Management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus.
