Position Overview:
The Clinical Quality Specialist is a key member of our management team, responsible for facilitating clinical and administrative duties across service lines and locations. This role requires collaboration with compliance and nursing services to ensure seamless patient care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with service line leaders to optimize clinical staff workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical education and quality assessment initiatives across various specialties.
- Ensure compliance with WakeMed policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including those set by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- Not applicable for licensure/certification requirements.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekend or call requirements.
