Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kohler Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through aggressive channel partner visits and educational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that achieve best-in-class connected products, aftermarket share, prognostics, and service offerings.
  • Support the development and execution of channel partner growth initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations on Rehlko Home Energy lifecycle management, showcasing capabilities and total value proposition.
  • Develop and execute parts and service subscription plans to secure product lifecycle attachment.
  • Drive sales growth through channel partner visits and educational strategies.
  • Study market trends and drive innovation in products and services to lock in customers.
  • Develop and maintain a library of voice-of-the-customer tools and market intelligence data to prioritize tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between channel partners and Rehlko Home Energy in resolving issues.
  • Able to articulate market trends and needs for e-commerce to identify opportunities and gaps for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years aftermarket parts sales experience supplemented with telematics experience in global manufacturing, OEM, or B2B environment.
  • Customer relationship management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience within power generation is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, result-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel 40% of time within North America and international markets as required.
