Job Overview

At Spieldenner Financial Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalized solutions for their mortgage protection needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss their mortgage protection coverage needs.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research to customize options that meet the client's financial needs.
  • Meeting with Families: Meet with clients to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative: Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Compensation

As a Client Advisor, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on mortgage protection products. Our average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. We also offer a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips for agents and managers who meet certain performance criteria.
