About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain precise work order files and formulas, and pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, comply with inventory control procedures, and suggest ways to improve sales.
  • Store Operations: Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, and able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License, a High School diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
